2 medium sized onions
2 large potatoes 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup hamburger
1/2 cup bread crumbs salt & pepper
Fry hamburger, onions and potatoes together till they're done.
Put breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. First wash the beaver with salt water then have it ready, for stuffing. Put the stuffing and sew it up with a piece of string. Put it in the oven which is about 350 degrees. Cook it about two and one-half hours or more till you can pull the parts out.
Pour a little wine over it and serve hot.
Boy, will you have a feast, one you won't forget, till the next open season for Butamisk.
Any white Indian will like it.
