Swan Plain Lodge

The Okanese First Nation obtained some beautiful land 20 miles north of Norquay through the Treaty Land Entitlement Act. Situated on this land is a nine bedroom lodge with a conference room, a living room, a kitchen and bathrooms with separate showers. This log cabin was basically used for a hunting cabin. Renovations are being made at this time. The main initiative for this lodge will be a family treatment centre (during the off-season of course), also, to facilitate First Nations workshops, camps, and outfitting businesses.
