Community Feast and Give-away

This feast is held to commemorate the ancestors and at the same time prayers are held "asking for strength to work towards a unified community." Many elders from various communities attend as this event is open to the public.

Holiday activities

Activities are organized by the Administrative staff for the whole community to participate in special holiday fun, such as, and easter egg hunt for Easter. All holidays are recognized with the whole community in mind..."this helps promote a well community."

Awards

The awards ceremony is held at the end of the school year to give special recognition to students Nursery-Grade twelve.

Awards are given in areas of: Academic Achievement, Attendance, Top Athlete (male and female), and Participation.

Sports Awards

A special ceremony is held to give recognition to all athletes in the Community. This event is held in October of each year.

Remembrance DayMonument

This ceremony is held to honor the thirty-one veterans from this First Nation Band.
A monument was constructed near the Band Office in their honor.
